Mechanical Inspector

Job Title: Mechanical Inspector ( Motor Vehicle Manufacturing) Job Type: Full-Time Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday Overview: We are a leading manufacturer of high-precision components for the automotive and aerospace industries. Mechanical Inspector - Requirements: An Advanced Apprenticeship or Higher Education Qualification in Mechanical Engineering is desirable. Experience as a Mechanical Inspector/Quality Inspector in CNC machining and precision manufacturing environment.. Skills and Abilities: Can use Hand Held measuring tools, Linear Height Gauges, Bore Gauges, Surface Finish Testers etc. Excellent numeracy skills.  Ability to read engineering drawings and have knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel). Quality control preferably AS9100. Some experience operating a CMM, preferably Mitutoyo. Meticulous attention to detail.
